In 1999, Rob began his career with Rowlette, Inc.  He learned early on that he had a gift of bringing people and opportunities together, and he quickly earned the complete trust of his clients.  He has a very honest, professional approach to the business which has elevated him into an industry leader position.  To Rob, integrity is everything.  He was promoted to Managing Director of Rowlette in 2005 and became President in 2007 when he acquired the company.    As President, he has built a solid recruiting staff and together they have transitioned over 500 Investment Advisors to include:

• A $7,000,000 advisor with over $2B in assets.
• A  group of advisors producing $25,000,000
• Transitioned multiple Barons List Advisors.
•  In the early 2000’s, Rob led the negotiation of the first ever 100% deal for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
• His company has achieved milestones like successfully moving 51 advisors on one day, resulting in 10 new brokerage offices with assets in excess of $15B.

With a focus on working with advisors and teams doing over $1million in production or GDC annually, Rob works as a consultant to negotiate transition packages, team structures, titles, expense accounts, office aesthetics, etc.  He also works with owners in the sale or acquisition of their practices by assisting them in creating succession plans and exit strategies for their firm.

Additionally, Rob provides specialized consulting services to individual advisors and broker dealers, and works with RIA’s and CPA firms to assist them in their efforts to grow their practices.   He has also worked on Executive level positions including Personal/Private bankers, Regional, Divisional and Complex Directors as well as Presidents of Broker Dealers.

Rob has a strong commitment to understanding the people and the industry.   He credits his success to the long lasting relationships he has with his clients and feels there is nothing more valuable than preserving those relationships – even the heftiest commission.
